About Me 2024

  • I located my forever home in 1998 and brought my three sons to our land to raise them with a full appreciation for the natural world. I am a very private person. I opened a small herb farm, gift and bookstore soon after and began my commitment to organic agriculture in the Upper Valley.
  • I was a primary sponsor for the first two years of the very successful Flavors of the Valley presented by Vital Communities. Having spent decades as a very successful, professional wedding floral designer in Atlanta Georgia and Connecticut, I grew weary of all the excess and waste of the industry, not to mention the chemical exposure. I chose my next career to be more in tune with nature and to raise my sons as a stay-at-home mom.
  • My three sons attended Rivendell Academy where I served in leadership with the integration and implementation of the combined towns ski and snowboard program. My boys were all National Honor Society members and leaders who now live very happy, productive, successful and private lives. As I first took office, I joined the NH League of Women Voters and represented NH at the National Conference in Washington at a very pivotal time for the organization. I recruited new members over the next year.
  • My hobbies include growing organic flowers and vegetables, preserving the bounty of nature and star gazing. I am a beekeeper, chicken and cat lady.
  • I will come to the aid of anyone; however, I am a lioness when it comes to the protection of this very important office.
