Re-Elect Kelley Monahan Register of Deeds Grafton County NH

Picture
Register of Deeds may be near the bottom of the ballot, but the office itself is represents a major cornerstone of the American economy. The documents recorded in this office are the lynch pin for property ownership and property taxation. I have embraced the challenge that was before me when I took office fully aware of the economic situation that had been evolving for many years. I feel that my experience as a small business owner prepared me to be CEO, CIO, CFO, and my life experience prepared me to be stand firm against opposition.  I have taken a progressive approach to the financial and technological challenges, and instead of seeking budget cuts that impede progress, I have sought solutions that will increase access to the records and provide an additional stream of revenue.
I have stepped beyond the traditional quiet role as Register to educate the public, professionals and lawmakers regarding the present pivotal point of the future of land records management.

I respectfully request the honor of your vote on November 6, 2012
