 Re-Elect Kelley Jean Monahan Register of Deeds 
Bridging the gap between the paper generation and the computer generation.

      Skilled Leader - Successfully negotiated critical vendor contracts, departmental budgets, interagency cooperation efforts with NH Dept of Revenue that will lower costs and provide increased efficiency and security. Established new computer banking system saving daily trips to bank saving time and money.

       Communicator - Established email communication with all municipalities and many of our professional account holders. Our customer service will always understand that many of our citizens do not possess access to the internet or computer skills.  Commitment to providing fair access to records will always be a priority.  Increased security awareness for our department and all of Grafton County. Added cost effective security improvements for historic paper records and subdivision plans.

      Advocate - Brought awareness to our NH DOJ on the serious situation involving MERS and assignments of mortgage.  Communicating the value of our data base to our county and state leaders.

     Informed Leadership - Solid knowledge of planning board regulations, state and federal regulations. Worked with leaders of NH Land Surveyors Association to streamline progress. Solid awareness of pending subdivision development throughout Grafton County.
